If any expats need a Bulgarian to help get them drunk - this is the place to go

Taken from another forum:

Hello everybody,

I want to present to you an idea on how to spend your Fridays. I am not an expat, neither is my associate. I had expat professors at the University of Sofia who suggested that that was not such a bad idea.

What we want to offer you is the first Pub Crawl event is Sofia.

We will be organizing such entertainment nights especially oriented towards expats. The first few outings will be experimental and unofficial so that we can estimate the right timing and the approximate number of people that might be interested.

For further information and news, please check our Facebook Group at "
Sofia Pub Crawl"
. The group is still under development.

We are NOT planning any admission fees or any charges at the first pub-crawl events.

What you will have to pay is the price of what you will drink, eat, etc.
The pub crawl meeting offers you the possibility to meet new people - Bulgarian as well as expats, practice your Bulgarian language skills, get information about things you are interested in and ask and get a useful advice;
rely on us about everything that concerns your life at Sofia - at day and at night.

We from Sofia Pub Crawl will be there to help you, to take you out and to get you drunk.

Stay tuned,
first Pub Crawl planned on Sept 10th.
Meeting point: "
Na Popa"
square, just 2 minutes away from the "
Vasil Levski Stadium"
tube station.

If you are interested, just leave a message on our Wall on the Facebook Profile of our group:
Sofia Pub Crawl
