PostSubject: Malaysian Flight MH370   Wed Apr 02, 2014 11:21 am

First topic message reminder :

Malaysia Airlines said it lost contact with a plane carrying 239 people on its way from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
The plane disappeared on March 8, the problem is, with so little directional information to start with (six and a partial seventh ping, transmitted at hourly intervals), are we SURE we are even searching the right ocean? Why have we heard NOTHING from Rolls Royce re the real time engine management monitoring system? If those following the serious clues left available there is only one question to ask. Why does no one mention the Indian Oceans most advanced and secure air base, the stationary Aircraft Carrier located south of the southern tip of India called Diego Garcia? Not a peep. Not even an indication of a US managed military installation that monitors everything in this war region. In fact the best old metaphor regarding the lack of reference to this location is “The Silence Is Deafening.” Only one nation on earth has the technology to remotely block a planes radar and communications if they felt their base was under threat from a terrorist attack. I believe in the coming days or weeks it will be the USA who find evidence that the plane crashed ??? but in fact I believe it was probably shot down.

What happened to the guy on the oil rig who claimed he saw a burning aircraft? Also the US were holding military exercises in the area. Did someone have an itchy trigger finger? Early reports of wreckage near Vietnam were dismissed and then the change of course was claimed.

I see that Australia won’t release MH370 info Why refuse to reveal the information? What are you trying to hide or which nation are you trying to protect? Malaysia? China? USA? Why did Australia volunteer to lead the search party? Were they really interested in finding out what happened? Or were they there to make sure the plane was never recovered? Were they there at the request of another nation? The truth will eventually emerge!

Governments are in the same league of ruling over the world and exploiting the people and the earth . Hence any information that will indict them will not be allowed to be released . Since ATSB even warn their people not to release them , most likely they knew something unpleasant that will bring ridcule and law suit against the Malaysian government .

No trace of lawyer handling MH370 case

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 mysteriously disappeared on March 8, 2014, with 239 people on board.

Now, a lawyer who filed to sue Malaysia Airlines and Boeing has mysteriously disappeared as well.

According to a report in Forbes, Monica Ribbeck Kelly, a Chicago lawyer who made headlines by filing the lawsuit, has gone missing, and her clients are very unhappy.

The Forbes report said sibling lawyers Monica and Manuel Von Ribbeck ran Ribbeck Law Chartered.

The report quoted Edward Clinton Jr, who has filed a malpractice suit against Monica, as saying that sometime last year, Ribbeck Law shut down its phone and website. Monica herself returned to Lima, Peru.

According to the report, after the disappearance of MH370, Monica flew to Beijing and, along with William Wang, a Shanghai lawyer, convinced many family members to hire her to sue Boeing and Malaysia Airlines in the United States.

They were told there was big money in the lawsuits.

Monica then filed a discovery petition in the Cook County Superior Court on behalf of the MH370 families but a judge called it frivolous and threw out the case.

In a 2014 interview with the Chicago Tribune, Monica reportedly said that she had handled 40 airline crash cases.

This claim, the report said, probably helped her sign up dozens of families in Malaysia.

However, the Forbes report by contributor Christine Negroni said few attorneys had actually seen Monica do any legal work.

The report mentioned a case where one Guohua Chen, her husband and 10-year-old son were injured in the crash of Henan Airlines flight 8387 in northeast China in 2010.

William Wang allegedly made a presentation to the crash survivors on behalf of Monica, promising to sue Embraer, the Brazilian manufacturer of the airplane, and General Electric which produced the engines.

But Monica never filed any papers in the case according to the malpractice case brought by Clinton Jr.

By the time Chen discovered nothing had been done, it was too late to sue either entity.

Clinton Jr told Forbes Chen was devastated, and that she had been "duped".

MH370 disappeared on March 8, 2014, on a scheduled flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

Primary radar and automatic satellite tracking data indicated it doubled back over Malaysia 40 minutes into the flight before turning south on a long track to the southern Indian Ocean.

Meanwhile, The Australian reported that the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) said it could take another three months before it was able to release its report on its failed search for MH370.

The two-year search covering 120,000 sq km of ocean, funded by Australia, China and Malaysia but directed by the ATSB, ended in January without finding a trace of the aircraft.

The official search, costing $200m, has found nothing. All these objects have been found by chance or by private searchers. Logic indicates that the powers that be are not interested in finding the plane. Otherwise there would have been some level of coastal search undertaken. Not just for an examination of the parts found but, more importantly, an analysis of the drift pattern. No one seems bothered that the lawyer has disappeared either? Just what is going on here?

The whole sad story stinks. I feel sorry for all those families going to bed every night not knowing the outcome of MH370 demise and all it's crew and passengers. As it has been said many times before, somebody somewhere knows something about this aviation mystery. It must be the biggest kept secret of all times

Look how a plane can ditch in the Hudson river & stay almost intact BEFORE it sunk.a plane can skim the surface with very little break up then sink taking all onboard to the bottom of the ocean. It's SO easy to blame human error when no proof is found if there was system failed it makes sense the pilot could have tried to land the plane intact as it glided over the surface of the ocean & only loosing parts of the plane this also would account for no luggage or bodies found if trapped within the cabin area.50 years after putting man on the moon ????? they still cannot think of a way to deploy a small transmitter from an aircraft upon contact with salt water.
